Hey guys.. Just changing my headlights and parkers.. Read up some other threads, and thankfully my parkers came out quiet easly. But the little clip that holds the headlights in some how popped out. And I cannot get it back in. It's a simple little clip but it just won't go in. Is there a certain way it should clip in? Tried looking at the other side and copying that but it doesn't seem to want to go back in. Put a few pics up to show you which one im talking about.

Ok. You need to ask for a vinyl and plastic paint. Got mine from autobarn. Supercheap and bursons and a few other car places probably sell them too. Comes up with quiet a nice finish. And it's scratch resistance. I'm yet to put a gloss on it so I'll take some more photos once I've finished tomorrow or the following day. :)

Just ask for a vinyl plastics spray.. It's the same thing. Can use on either. They'll know what your talking about.. It's designed specifically for plastics so it doesn't scratch etc etc.

Headlight clip coming out is a bitch to fix, there is a single screw that holds it in, you need to unscrew it, get the clip back in, and screw it back down. Quite hard when the headlights are still attached.

Yeah. Don't have to do a clear coat if you don't want too. I asked if it came out a gloss colour and they said yeah. It's not too bad how it is. But a gloss will put a nice touch to it.

Sure your talking about the same clip? No screw for this one. Once I pulled the light out, it was sitting in place an I knocked out accidently. Was trying to put it back on before I put the light in, that's where I was going wrong. The little hook part pushes on the light and U part goes under the bracket then just clip it in at the top. Pretty simple once you know how it goes on.
