Not sure with the third gens but usully you get to it by taking off the firewall kickpanel beside the drivers foot.
That or some cars you can pull the plug up to the gap when the doors open and unplug it there.

ok having a guesstamate!
the kick panel is where your right foot goes..eg kick panel because you'll pro kick it at one time or another.
once removed you should be able to trace the loom better. Some unplug and some go straight into the fuse box, still can be removed but a bit more complicated.
if wires go into fuse box use a small flat head screw driver to remove them.
hope this helps a bit but im not familiar with 3rd gen

i had a look into this... but there is a plug under the black rubery thing that goes to the door, but on the body end of it big i cant get my hand in to unplug it because there is NO play whatsoever in the cable...
I was mainly asking is there a way to unplug it from inside the car??? and if so HOW??? haha

Pull the body end of the black snaky thing (you can see it when you open the door) out of the body. There should be enough slack in the wires to allow the plug to come right out of the body. Unplug it and don't let the plug slip back into the body opening. This is for a second gen magna, I'm assuming third gen is the same.
For some reason on some cars the passenger side has lots of slack and the driver's side has hardly any - remove the bottom panel of the dash - under the steering wheel - and get your hand up there. It can be done.
I have repainted 2 TS magnas and had to remove the doors. On one car there was sufficient slack to get the cables out of the body to unplug them, on the other car no slack at all on the driver's side. A real pain!

ive tried doing that and there is no slack what so ever... and i cant get into the back of it, as my fuse box blocks me :(

It's higher than the fuse box. Haven't tried this, but if you unbolted the fuse box you might get more slack to get the plug out of the body opening.

i pulled everything out of a TH on the weekend to do my conversion so ill awnser a few things from other threads too, and if it wasnt for mal i wouldnt even attempt it, thanks mal
parts i plucked
set of door trims with switches and lights in the fronts
plastic speaker pods (white ones behind them)
entire drivers side wiring loom
wiring harness from all 4 doors
4 reglators
fuse and relay under the bonnet
rear door regs are tricky extend the window up you can get to the glass nuts with 10mm spanner same on the fronts just unplug and remove when its all unbolted, fronts are easyer
rear door harness, on the centre piller behind the white cap is the plug u want pull that inside the clip is a squeeze type under some wrapping to stop the rattle, undo it and pull the harness all the way back into the door to remove it.
front doors: FL up behind the glove box is the clip pull it backtoward you squeeze and it comes undone the clip that locks it in is on the long edge not the ends, the connector should fit back through the plastick hole type cover if its square and you have the door fully open, pull it back into the door to remove, the merror clip can be pulled down and undone without removing the merrior
main harness next: undo the fuse box for access undo the plug on the back of the fuze box for access, undo 3 plugs up the front of the main driver harness this one connectos too the passenger side also and clips to the passenger harness it also contines back to plug into your demister, stop light speakers and door switch and plugs into the loom in the boot.
FR Door: undo the L shaped bracket above the fuze box it will give you access to the plug of the drivers side harness pull towards you and unclip and remove like the passenger front keep the plug square it should go through the plastic bit pull into the door and remove
thats all i can rember hope it helps, now all i got to do is do it all again and put all the power window stuff in :)
cheers pete

In this pic, is the connector circled the Main harness, RHF harness or neither? It has foam stuff wrapped around it, which the other door harnesses had so im guessing it is something to do with the door harness?
