Hi guys, Cold weather has shown that my battery needs replacing. Having changed it over, the standard headunit now wants the security code, no problem, 1525. However, how do I input this. I have search on here and found that you need to, say for my situation press button marked 1 (once), button marked 2 (five times), button marked 3 (twice) and then button marked 4 (five times).

What do I do after this. Following this does not work. Do I have to 'enter' the number somehow.

I would have assumed you just type in the number as is

1, 5, 2, 5.

You press the pause or AS\PS button for a few seconds, enter the code and then press the pause or AS\PS button again.
