wanting to mount my amp properly under the front passanger seat, atm its just floating around under there. is it ok to remove the seat and then just tighten the bolts up as tight as i can afterwards or do i need to use a torque wrench and tighten them to a specific torque setting?

anyone? common ive seen pleanty of pics of ppl without seats in there cars.
