So there is was driving back from my lunchbreak ... went round a corner and heard a bang! The rear passenger window on the drivers side went from being half open to non existant!

Hows this for first class service .. drove straight down to where I bought the car (Paceway Mitsubishi) and they said no problems take a seat. So I sat in their loungeroom like setup and watched their plasma tv and read wheels magazines .... 30 minutes or so later "There you are sir all done, all under warranty have a nice day"

Anyone else had such good service? Anyone elses window broke?

Did it fall out or just slip down inside the door? Either way great service.

Hmmm, I've been reading all these threads/posts about dodgy windows... so far mine have been fine - but it seems it is certainly on the cards to have a window fallout sooner or later (fingers-crossed).
Rotten luck about your window... but that is very good news about the dealer's response. I haven't had a crisis like that (...yet) but I'd like to believe my dealer would be about the same (they are very good ordinarily). Really makes you feel happy and confident with your dealer now, considering all those horror-service stories you always hear around the place.
