If they are anything like teh TH - i am sure they are this is what you do:

Undo the three screws!! Where are they you ask:
One just behind the door handle - you have o hold the door handle open to unscrew it.
One in the aircon door vent - the vent part that you can only get to with the door open - round thing that plugs into the dash to let the aircon flow into the upper door.
One in the handle - the part that you hold to shut the door - there is a plastic cover over it - so if you get a flatblade screwdriver and hold it against the fabric and slowly slide it down you will get in behind the clip and it will pop out.

Next remove the window winder (or do it first doesnt matter) there is a C clip that you need to pop out - if you grab the window winder in two hands and use your thumbs to push the dorr trim away from it you should be able to see it - if not - use a screw drive to gently push the rubber shoe away from the winder handle and just pry the clip out.

then the bottom and side of the doors are just held in with clips - just use a little force to pull it off - and then slide it up and off - easy as that!!!

Some one actually has a website with this on it - but i cant remember it!!

Hope it helps!!

An easy way to get winder handle clips off and also prevent screwdrivers slipping and putting a nice big scratch across your door trim is to get a bit of rag, stretch it out by holding each corner so you have a tight straight edge and slip it down between winder handle and door trim or round spacer/cover and door trim and using a sawing action and pulling down the cloth should jag on the edge of the horshoe clip and pop it off. Sometimes takes a bit of practice but worth it when you strike a door trim/ handle that does not give much room for a screwdriver to get into. :)

I wrote up a tech article a long time ago on removing door panels (In the article it's a hyundai excel though... removed the panels on my old magna the same way though...)... Might be something a little bit relevant to what you're doing...

Anyone got an article on removing doors that have power windows? Seems like the bottom part of my doors don't seem to like me pulling on them either like in most other cars... I think there's a bit of glue there this time also... Or maybe I'm just too afraid of breaking something...

Yep exactly what i was saying ...but explained better, nice article!
I work for a hyundai dealer and it's the best way to get those damn things off as that vinyl tears real easy  . The shafts on the hyundais are a funny size and a lot of the special tools don't fit.
As for the power windows there's not much difference in getting trim off, except for switch assembly which are usually held in by spring clips at one or both ends and just require a small flatblade to pry up.
Those special tools for removing winder handle clips are also handy for getting in behind door trims, slotting up around the plastic door retaining clips and levering out of door frame so the clips don't pull out the back of door trim and tear the masonite door trim backing.

Just to confirm, TJ model Magnas with power windows, the procedure is the same. You may break two tabs on the outer edge of the door, however, so be careful.. Power window has a single loom, door light is simply twist and pull. I don't know about your car, but the clips are bloody stubborn on mine...
