i got the same problem as well. it is anoying but i usually dont notice it when my music is on loud enough (which is 99% of the time)
the top of my boot i just siliconed up, so it dont vibrate against the frame.....now just gotta find a way to stop my numberplate, bootgarnish, doors, roof (gotta do the same thing as to the boot, just cbf), sidemirrors and centre console to stop vibrating. think my car is falling apart, coz i swear the doors never used to vibrate.

i almost had the sam sort of rattles in my car!
for the roof i either had to press the linning against the roof hard for it to stop! but what i did was put plenty of expanding foam there, and voila gone, next was the boot itself, expanding foam and weather strip thing!
about the vent on the left side, i wont be touching it, as it's use it top equalise pressure inside the cabin, when you open and close the doors! when i had my rear bumper removed i could see it open and close everytime i open and close a door!
but now i get dash vibrations, from doors, all mirrors. **** some day i'm thinking of never putting a sub again, but that ain't happening! :D
yeah, i think my car is falling apart too. the door handles used to rattle even with the stock syste turned up. so what's this expanding foam stuff? is it that stuff in a can that u spray, and it hardens into this super hard chunk of yellow stuff? yeah, i think the main parts that are rattling are the garnish, lights, boot release mechanism etc....the back part

I know I guy who used the expanding foam on the bootlid of his 200sx and it expanded so much it warped the metal so now his boot lid is all bumpy on the outside lol lol

for door rattles you mite find its the circle bit on the end of the window winders that can move thats doing the vibrating, thats what it was for me anyway...

Lets face it.. their plastic. I reckon some hardcore sound deadening will fix it up (dynamat)
Having 2x10's in my boot give off a nasty sound which needs to be fixed asap. The structure of the boot is horrible, not only is it plastic, but completley hollow.

i seriously think those magnas are made out of plastic and sticky tape (2nd gen)
the thing just vibrates and rattles. and i have a fair amount of bolts missing tooo, the latest one 3rd bolt holding in my lower front control arm!
if a single 15" can do that much, then i dont what two of them would do!
on a comparison note, a friend of mine owns a prelude, and after 3 years of doof doofing away not a single rattle! but he has leaks from every single rubber bit!

stick some damper on it. Weather strip tape is perfect for the job. find your bolt holes and put new bolts in.
