So I'm getting an exhaust put on soon. I was thinking of going to this place in Croydon. They offered to do a straight through 2" pipe for $220 (excluding tip). Just wondering people's opinions on the best size exhaust, tip, and price?
I was also offered to get a 2.5" cat back exhaust for $260 from Mr Muffler
Also, should I be bothered to get extractors at the same time?

maybe just get that part custom piped, someone will do it but not sure how much it will be,
your lucky if you get an off the shelf that goes on with no problems, if you get one customed it will sound different to all the rest and be unique :) just make sure if its 2 1/2" they weld 2 1/2" pipe when they change it, they might not..

I was going to take the old original exhaust to an exhaust shop for them to make a copy but in 2.25" or 2.5" or if that is over $350 I'll buy the piping and mufflers and make it my self?
Also a quick question is there a difference between the 2nd gen magna sedan exhaust (cat-back aftermarket) and the 3rd gen magna?

ahh making it yourself, unless your a good welder and have the tools i wouldnt, you'd hate to have exhaust fumes leaking into the boot from the holes or to heat up your fuel tank badly

Anyone know how much or where to get a of the shelf lukey system?
Lukey is just a muffler I believe, not a complete system.
Only system I know of is a redback cat-back and of course headers from Pacemaker, HM, and maybe 1 or 2 more brands that I can't remember.
Your average exhaust shop should be able to custom make the parts of your system and combine with Lukey muffler if that's what you want.
