Does anyone have dimensions on the Stock 6x9's and the fronts???

Mainly I need the Holes Size and the Depth to the Boot Strut on the 6x9's.

and the Mounting depth between the Glass in the down position and the Door ?

As tommorrow I go in search for my New Fronts....

Fronts, you have roughly 8cm from the plastic baffle, that leaves you with around 3mm between the magnet and the window. Little plastic clip on the window needs to be removed as it hits the magnet.

6*9's - eh not sure.

Does the clip serve a function as I am not keen on removing things that should be there ?

My window still works fine....

Think when the window is fully up it holds to prevent the window moving.....plenty of members have removed it.

6x9 hole, I had 78mm deep in mine last and the magnet cleared the torsion bar by about 5mm, but then MGNTZD has DDCX6.9's in his which have a 92mm mounting depth and they fit with about 2mm to spare, so you'll find the usable depth you have will vary depending on the shape of the magnet.
