Hey guys

I've done the searches, but cant make head and tail of findings.

I've been told the best thing to do with my carby for performance without doing an efi conversion, will be to do an upgrade to a falcon carby. I have a falcon lined up for me to get the parts from, although I dont have any idea what parts i'll need or what I'm doing at all.

I was wondering if somebody could shed some clear light on exactly what I'll need, and what to do with it to complete this conversion.

I have access to people who actually know things about engines who can help out, but it'd be great if the path was documented for us to follow.
I know this conversion's been done a number of times, so surely somebody can provide info.

Cheers guys
-Blaine

Just to add to fer0x's post, it's a CFI carby off a falcon. It's actually got 2 injectors in the carby and an ECU (of sorts) and an oxygen sensor. I'm also interested to hear how ppl reckon this will work. Does it simply bolt on and do you just drill a hole into the exhaust manifold for the oxygen sensor etc?

Isnt that single point injection on the EA's? Which model carby do you mean Blaine?

You need an XF Webber mate. Don't know about other falcon carbys, but the best person to contact would be LEIGH (M4DOG) As he has done this on his old 1st gen from the top of my head. If you ask really nicely, I have a video of either Leighs or another old AMC member who has done this on there 1st gen and you can see how well the magna pulls!

EDIT: Heres a start off
