hey at the SA D.I.Y meet on the weekend i got me some new door trims from a Mitsubshi Diamante....

there are some bits missing those and would like to on if anyone has got any of the Diamante stuff in there car and were did you get all your bits from..

any help would be great thanx

On the new door trims, there are holes next to the storage pouch. I have seen pics with a boot release in that location, but don't know what is on the passenger side of the car.

I think the door trims are off a left handed car.

HEY I HAVE THE LEGENDARY DIAMANTE:facejump: theres nothing on the passenger side, on the drivers is the boot pop toggle and gas pop button.

The trims you have are off a LHD diamante hence why the holes are there. Yes they are for the boot and fuel door release switch and the hole up near the door handle is for the electric seat switch.

When i put the new ones in my TH sports, i just swapped over the lower pocket from my old LH front doortrim but then my old trims were already the black/dark grey ones from factory

I had the same thing, Maggie had sourced me some black door cards with ruffled leather inserts. Passenger side had the boot/fuel filler release hole and I was all ready to patch it with sheet aluminium or the like. At the DIY day I found a left hand door trim, black carpet and no hole, problem solved :)

when im next at the pick a part ill look around and if theres any 3rd gens ill get ya the button, and even send it too ya!! have to wait a little while though, holed up at home at the moment recovering from the spinal surgery.
