ok i remember seeing a post like this b4 but i cant find it :(
now that im off the road for a while im thinking about what performance mods i should be getting done, as im fairly happy with how my magna is looking atm( - the paint swills that wont fk off, and the need for a new front kithttp://www.freeimagehosting.net/uploads/th.b4ef532954.jpg (http://www.freeimagehosting.net/image.php?b4ef532954.jpg))
keep in mind im an avonics tech not a car mech so mostly what i can do myself isnt so great, and my car is performance wise stock as a rock TJ sports 2000
Perhaps a full 2.5" mandrel exhaust with straight through mufflers, High Flow TB, CAI, that tune from the guy in SA is probably the best bang for buck thing you can do without spending big $.

i say, full exhaust, PM extractors, 2.5" pipe.
if you want to spend a little more, SF manifold and ecu, then get it tuned up to like 98RON
thats wat im doing as soon as i get back from holidays

With your ability at using cable ties, you should be able to do anything. But, how are you with Duct tape?
On a serious note, what the other guys recommended is an excellent place to start. The extractors and exhaust + a K&N filter will give you nice gains while sounding sweet.

bang for buck you will see more gain out of a new plenum... speaking from experience i wasted money on a cat back exhaust over the factory sports system. Car might be gettin on so a 3" hi flo cat might be on the cards with extractors. A 2.5" restricted my exhaust over the factory cat. all these with an ecu tune
