central locking seems to work for all other doors except driver door, when you lock or unlock the door from the inside or with the key it works and locks or unlocks all other doors but whne using the remote it wont lock the drivers door, anyone else had a similar problem or have any advice

has the window been broken recently? as you may have glass in the lock.... did one last week
or you need to lube up the lock mechanism
or your CDL actuator or door wiring is buggered
is the actuator trying to work?

i'd look at the door wiring..

don't ask me why.. but my rear D/side door wasn't wired correctly.. all what seemed to be completley factory.. all the selastic was undisturbed on the plastic behind the trim, none of the wiring or pins in the plug looked tamped with.. but it was wired backwards.. when all the other doors locked, this one unlocked.. and vice versa..

it was only a 3 min job to fix it.. but i thought it was quite odd none the less..

Thats quite odd, usually the drivers lock is the master lock, so if it doesn't work the rest don't. All you could really do is check the wiring for a dirty/damaged connection. Failing that I'd just take it to an auto elec to sort out.
