Well have read a dozen threads on fog light installs but still have some questions for my TH installation.

1. I don't want to cut the factory wiring plug off the fog light, so just enquiring as to where I could find the opposing contectors to wire in. I have buckley's chance of finding one from a local wrecker but was wondering if anything else on a standard magna would use the same connector?

2. Is there a trick to connecting wires to the existing relay and fuses in the engine bay fuse box. After removing the fuse box mounting bolts, I cannot seem to move the fuse box enough to gain access to the underside to attach the wires. Hoping someone has a trick or two to manage this.

Thanks in advance.

any auto barn , repco or super cheap stock those connectors mate with the female and male pins to crimp on to be just like factory.

I have heard of people who claim that they have wired the fog lights to the fuse box, but have not seen any DIY photos, I gave up and just used a fused relay, with decent wire will probably have lower resistance and hence higher current through the foggies.
Cheers,

Thanks HK. Have have not seen any DIY pics either, but a few people reckon they have done it. Would be neater to go to the fusebox, but maybe I can hide the fused relay etc somewhere and it will look ok.

Anyone recommend a fused relay to suit the foggies?
