as some of yous may alredy know that i brought a 2nd gen with balck leather interior in it , if not clicky (http://www.aussiemagna.com/forums/showthread.php?t=68661).

so my question is will it look stupid having the 2nd gen leather in my sports?

Yes because it's cracked and normal non cracked or ripped cloth seats look better then torn leather

they are cracked, but that doesn't worry me, I've been using some leather conditioner on the every few days and its starting to make them softer

Trust me, wont actually fix it. Id sell the leather for what you can and just use your standard seats

Slightly cracked leather in a second gen looks good because it's rare and fitting to the age of the car.
The leather in my son's wagon is in good condition except for the driver's seat which has slight cracking and a couple of very small splits - but it still makes the 2nd gen look a million dollars compared to cloth.

But...
Slightly cracked 2nd gen leather in a sports 3rd gen - wouldn't suit IMO. Would look like you settled for second best.
I'm guessing your sports 3G door trims would look out of place with the new leather 2G interior too.

IMO, I'd keep your sports interior or save up for a custom leather interior - and sell the 2G leather to someone with a 2G.
But I guess you'll be the end judge - maybe try a seat in the car to see what it looks like.
