Hey thought you guys would like this. i have the stock alarm/immobiliser and when it sounds the horn goes. i hate this noise, it sounds so...stock!! well when trying to fit a better horn awhile back i found out the passenger side, bumper horn is for "beeping" and the one on the drivers side by washer bottle is for the alarm and they work independently. so i got an old aftermarket alarm siren from the wreckers for $5 and hooked it up. now when my alarm goes off, it makes an "aftermarket" sound, and is alot louder. its awesome!! anyway thought someone else might benefit from this. yay.

no need to be sarcastic ":roflwtf:" i thought it was a great change and worth posting. im glad i can now hear my alarm alot easier from in the house while its in the shed, and im watching a movie or something. theres been a spate of garage break-ins lately in my area. what have YOU posted lately that was a great help or good tip??

that must be on your diamante.. as my TJ MY02 2002 exec only has the one horn.. it is for both honking at people and for the alarm..

no the car has a normal horn each side in the bumper, and one up by the washer bottle for the alarm. i replaced this one, only goes when alarm sounds. but would like some airhorns!!
