Umm i have a TF magna and lookin to do a manual conversion.
only Q's is do i need a new centre console or any modification too it??
i mean like where the leather boot goes

The cut-out in the centre console doesn't differ for manuals and autos. So you can reuse the one you already have.

BTW, the standard Mitsu gear boot is vinyl not leather. Around $20 from Mitsu.

i imagine the pedals will be much more of a headache than the centre console anyway

Not really. All you'll need is the brake and clutch pedal box assemblies from a manual Magna. The accelerator pedal remains as is.

Yeh bought a VYII SS after selling the Verada.

sweet. Just out of interest, how much would you be looking at for a manual conversion? basically, gearbox, pedal box and clutch assembly? + electronics

umm well woody will do it for u, for 2k including parts and labour,
mohit, i recall u say 1600 or somthing in another thread,
depends if u can get the parts cheap

Mine cost a bit over $2K if i remember correctly (parts and labour), as i bought new CV drive shafts, intermediate CV shaft and we ran into some problems with the install. But it was all sorted in the end.

I'm looking to do this too. Don't have much time to do it myself - anyone know any places who will supply the kit and fit it?
