Ok, this may seem like a stupid question, but recently I have had a sound system installed, but when you open the door, the seal that goes between the door and the body of the vehicle, where all the wires travel, well i cant seem to get it to seal up against the body again, can anybody help me? if this has been covered before, can you point me in the right direction, i apologise.

It's an ******* of a job.

On the car side of the rubber loom, there is a plastic cap that the rubber needs to be stretched over. You need to jimmy the plastic cover out of it's location, slide the whole lot across and stretch the rubber around, before finally clipping the plastic back in it's spot. The door side of the loom is the same as any other.

any ahhhh hints or techniques you use, when i did this years ago i used a flat head, but i just cant get it, ill keep trying.
