Re-sync or replace. The user manual will tell you how.

If it is one of those red / green button ones, put key in the ignition, turn key from off to ACCESSORIES 3 times, which should then flash your indicator twice. press any button on the remote, and the indicators will flash once more. done. remote code accepted.

its a good idea to use your spare remote once a month to keep it programmed to the car
when i went to use my spare once it didnt work, was left unused for awhile
if you reprogram the spare make sure you do you other remote as that one wont work either
dunno if its just my car but thats what happened to mine :(

far out. where is the punctuation...?? I had to read this 3 times to understand.

You dont need to use your spares every month. Only takes few seconds to program one...

In case its not obvious from the above explanations, IF you have more than one remote and need to re-program any of them - you NEED to have all remotes with you at the one time.

Twiddle Ign key to get into program mode (the indicator flashing) and leave key "On".
Press a button of a remote and get the "single flash" of indicators to indicate its signal recognised.
THEN, within 5 seconds, press button of another remote and get the "flash"
You can code up to 4 remotes to a single car, but must be all done together within the 5 secs gap from one remote to next.
Turn key to "Off". You are done. Thank you and Goodnight.
