Hi All,
I've had a problem develop on my 94 TS Executive Wagon in the last few weeks.
For some reason, when *warm* only and has been sitting for a few minutes (instant off/on is usually fine), it has trouble starting, will just keep cranking and struggles to start.. usually will after a few more cranks but it dicks around a bit (for about 1 second) struggling to get up to RPM.. no idea what the technical term for that is :)
I've figured if I give it a smidge of throttle (a good stab also works, but then it revs its tits off.. which seems like a bad idea :) - just enough to get it to say 1500rpm at idle, then it starts fine.
In the past it'd usually start pretty instantly when warm - 1 crank and go. But when the engine is cold, its still pretty good as it always has, usually maybe 2/3 cranks at worst - takes like 1 second then bang running good.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Trent
