I was given a set of heads for free the other day and i was hopping that
someone on hear can help me to know wether they are 3.5L heads or 3.0L ones?
by what to be looking for on them.

Your in luck fella 3.0-3.5 heads are the same so they fit either. So start grinding!

But are the cams and cam gears the same in the 3.0 and the 3.5???(EG.TJ 2002,VR,VRX and sports)

mate all heads are interchangable on the 3-3.5 ayes you are correct the cams are different they have numbers stamped on them to identify if they are 3/3.5 but i cant remember what numbers are what.if they are LPG they will have it stamped on the ends LPG.

if they are number 6 cams thats from a series 2 vrx or similar, series ones are number 4?
