i did a search and couldnt come across anything, but im having trouble removing the headlamps in my TH. it has the standard front lights (not Parras). i read the manual and it says to pull the plug off of the back of the globe, but this is the part im hopeless with.
is there a special trick to doing this? are there a couple of tabs that i need to press or something like that?
any help would be much appreciated
thanks, charlie.

if you haven't removed them before (the plugs at the back of the bulbs) then you will need to be patient and slowly work the plug out, there is no trick its just stuck there really well...

There are tabs which you can press which release the grip on the blade contacts at the back of the bulb.
As you have std lights, your low beams will be a H4 bulb, which has 3 contacts.
Try the work out which 3 "sides" of the plug are attached to the bulb, and attack the two sides which are opposite each other.
There will be inconspicuous tabs on the outside edge - try to press both of these inwards as you pull back on the plug.
You can use a thumb and forefinger in a pinching motion, you can use the index finger of each hand on opp sides of the bulb, you could also use pliers or multi-grips (but be careful not to apply too much pressure.
Getting the knack of pressing in the right bit will allow the plug to pull straight back off the bulb fairly easily.
The high beam bulbs will only have two contacts on the bulb, but the principle is the same - press inwards from the side of the connector to release the grip on the blades/pins of the bulb.
