I know a few peeps on here were after 380 engines etc. There is a whole 380 series 2 SX on Ebay at a buy it now for $3500. When I last looked it was at around $1650 (reserve not met)

Yep if you are in Sydney would be a steal. All interior looks ok & engine gearbox looks ok too.

$3500 is about the cost of drivetrain from Imlachs wreckers in melbourne.

They want around $1750 for the motor, $1400 for the auto trans, $300 for the rack, $120 each front wheel/suspension/discs etc

It looks like on the Ebay photo that the body work is completely stuffed.

Interior isnt leather etc.


I would offer $1750 tops...drive up there with a van...load the drivetrain and deface the vin etc... and burn it on the side of the road somewhere.

Or sell the chassis for scrap metal :nuts:

If it were a VRX or GT, I'd be putting dibs on the headlights and taillights - although those on this car were all damaged.
