btw mechanice has looked at the steering but im having no problems steering.
things ive checked
wheel balance has been done
tie rods are fine suspension spacers are fine
mechanic is checking wheel bearings on thursday and also just in case the drive shaft
anyway got any ideas also has this happened to anyone

Im having something similar at present. however mine is only doing it under acceleration / load from about 50 - 90km/h. And its not the wheels. Had wheel balance / alignment done, and even bought new rims and had them aligned etc. Had drive shafts changed, wheel barings are fine, one engine mount changed... However its still happening.
Let me know what your mechanic comes up with. Might be a clue where i should look also...
Does it seem to be related to speed or engine revs? perhaps it could be something like the engine mounts?

I had an old Mitsu Scorpion which had a similar shake/shudder problem - especially if I went over ruts in the road or a railway crossing. (not sure if this is like yours)
My Power Steering box had broken off where-ever it was mounted to in the engine bay. A quick weld here & there and my problem was solved.

i can on monday get the pic of the mount,
ok yesterday he did some checks he did my breaks got them machined and new pads he checked the bearings but he is still not sure he put it up on the hoist and free wheeled in up to 120k and let it slow down and could not hear anything.
he also found my front left cv is cracked so its gona be replaced remember front left is where i think my problem is. while he is doing that he will take the drive shaft off and have a closer look as well a closer look at the wheel bearings.
also driving it home yesterday about forty k drive no shake but it will probably come back

problem solved well mechanic had to replace cv boot and found (sorry if i get this wrong) their was not enough grease or something like that in the joints for the cv which he said something is like a bearing so dunno just glad it got fixed
BTW is $90 bucks cheap for two cv boots to be changed. cos thats how much it cost

yep sounds right cvs are basicly multi position rotating bearings need grease or they will flogg out and cause vibration
