hey guys some of you may know that iv been working on a front lip for a while but havnt done much recenlty as i have a car show in october i want to get it done by then here are some pics and tell me what ya think....

iv still got alot of fibreglassing to do to clean up the edges and all but this is roughly the end look

looks so far so good matey..dw ill catch up with the body modding soon enough. btw i reckon you should have gone the whole kit and kaboodle...a whole NEW front end since your doing it urself. Just wish i had the skills or means to do that. Btw ur mesh front is missing bling...so i rekon chrome the edges imo!

Mate! - Good on ya for trying something different! I like it, should go well with the custom made grill. I like that you keep doing custom jobs - put your own personal touch on it ;)

How did you make it? Did you start from scratch? I might even try something like this if its not too hard (and if you don't mind)!

second its not from scratch i bought the front lip from a mate think it was a talon nockoff but i cut it up and played around with it...

and in future im doing a whole custom front bar as i dont have money or time now im going to buy a whole rada front and fibreglass and mold straight onto the original bar...

but for now im going to mold these lips around the front corners to fit around the fogies and all... also trying to intergrate them into the bottom grille with the lines across it...

so hopefully i can get some fibreglass soon and clean it up and all that...

Seriously, I reakon with this kind of interest - you could make some money on the side ;) Seriously, why not think about making some front bars and selling them to the AMC community? I know for one - i'd be very interested!

so depending on interest i might start a thread of EOI, and see if i have enough interest to start making verada bars.

I think its a great idea mate! There is very limited product range for magna mods, and now with the closure of the clearance centre the range is getting even smaller. I think there will be a real market for this one. Count me in! (once I get funds :P)

Will this be suitable to go with flares as well? Or have you got any on hand to test fit to see if the lip sticks out too far/ or in to much?

Actually looks quite classy in black and that grille - got to be one of the more "mature" modifications to the front - the Gonzo beak seems to like that treatment!
