I have been thinking about this ( As the tittle sugests) Its got me thinking that for the past 2 days and I just would like to know who here that owns a second Gen on this site that was made in the year 1991 from when they first came out.

I think I have the oldest V6 2nd Gen. (Someone prove me wrong) as it was built on the 2nd day of production, yay!

Krazy, what are the last 4 nimbers of you Vin and your month and year of build, I will then give you an idea of how far into production it was

Build date was 2/7/91 and 0239 is the last 4 digits of my VIN.

EDIT: tufftr, i am only curious about it, that is all... And to also see if they have the original running gear. I know mine does.

mine's a Dec 93 build.

I have seen a Mar91 build TR 4cyl at the wreckers though.

I have seen a few older Kr's at the wreckers, they were: 0172, 0201 and 0221. And a few Feb 91 TR and Elites

You forgot the option of 1996, wagons were still made into 96 until the TE wagon was released ;)

Well I have a 1993 Ks Verada Wagon with abs and airbag but it wasnt delivered till aprill 1994. So maby it was a showroom car..

Yeh, mine is a fourth month 96 wagon, I think it is 4th month, but definately 96.

KR Wagon 4/92

Both my 4cyl Auto TR's were 1993 releases... my parts car was August and my car was October

I spotted a Burgandy/Grey KR Xi Verada at the U-Pull-it (South) Wreckers on sunday, The funniest thing is, the Vin number. It is..... 000666

The car had major damage at the front, the bumper and bonnet were bent in as it looked like it hit a pole or tree.
