The front ones are straightforward.
The rear bank however requires the intake plenum and throttle body to be removed. (I did this last week twice, it is pretty time consuming - will take a bout 2 hours- more if its your first time).
Basically unplug battery, unplug all wires/tubes/things from the TB and intake plenum. Unbolt the plenum and take it off to get to the spark plugs. The installation is the opposite of removal. You'll need a spark plug socket, socket set, pliers, and a new gasket for the intake plenum. If you've got a free day it is good to do and you'll save money, but Id recommend buying the Gregory's workshop manual to guide you through.
ps I changed all my plugs to NGK Iridiums, I don't know about extra power but it runs a bit smoother now.

How much did you pay for your NGK Iridiums, and where?

Before you go and buy a new gasket for the Plenum, try find some Phenolic (I think thats the name of the stuff) Plastic sheeting.
If you do find some, get a sheet around 3mm thick and stencil your old gasket onto it and cut it out, this stuff is durable but more importaintlly is heat resistant, so you won't be transfering as much engine heat onto your plenum keeping the air temps entering your engine down :D
