Hi everyone, i was browsing on US ebay & they have slotted & drilled rotors for very very reasonable prices. Ofrourse they are for diamante, just wondering would those fit into 3rd gen?

Cheers

Unless they are like $1, you will get smashed in postal cost. Just get some local. Look for DBA or RDA

:stoopid:
+ they are made out of inferior quality materials. Also the cross drilled's will crack gauranteed.

Do they run the same brakes? You would want to check specifications forst before buying.
pretty sure your after 276mm rotors but not sure on other specifications

How much were they? RDA Slotted rotors aren't that much, I got a front set for $150.

Just coz they are drilled does not mean they are guaranteed to crack

Nope but being ebay cheapys are reason enough! plenty of guys on the 3000GT forums use these and i can tell you now they are not as good as the major brands...

Try and keep aussie business's in business anyway by buying from here when you can...

You do not want drilled rotors for street use

There are now dimpled ones but all slots and holes really do for street use is make more noise and wear out your pads faster

My Falcon with the 302w has standard rotors up front, never had a braking issue yet

My Magna also has standard rotors, never had a braking issue yet

If you want to find out what these are like, jump onto the 3si forums and ask those guys, you will then get a true story and not assumptions. Remember assumption is the mother of all mistakes

While there is a lot of crap on fleabay, there is also a lot of really good stuff as well
