i think you'll need spacers for the rears
oh and rims that are made to go over brembos
fronts may be a straight swap

well lenda put his evo 6 brakes on, and they were a straight swap.
EGO had evo 9 brakes and he required large rims to fit over the them, then required spacers so the spokes didnt hit the calipers, then had to get his studs extended, to compensate for the spacer, then had to get his guards puffed out, to fit all this in.
im not sure how much larger the 7's are over the 6's

He had to put spacers on the rear actually

EVO 6 - 9 calipers and rotors are the same AFAIK.
OP: It'll just be a clearance issue.
Edit:

Man, those brakes have been absolutely HAMMERED! They're completely track burned by the look of them. You will need to get them checked out.

True.....
Fronts will bolt straight on, you'll need to remove the dust/ heat guard as the rotors won't fit otherwise.
The rears, you need a 3.7mm spacer, to push the rotor out so it'll sit in the caliper correctly. Likewise the rear heat/dust guard wil have to be removed/ modified to allow the disc to fit.
Your existing hoses should be fine, although I think the rears could do with being a bit longer.
Other than that, wheel clearance is all you need to worry about.

Actually when I was getting mine, I came across a few sets like these & what I though was strange was that the othe side of the calipers were fine???
Surely, if this was from track use, they should be damaged/ burned on both sides? Not just visible side?

Guys,
Remember this is a tech section, answer the OP question, where they came from etc can be saved for PM's
Now as I have actually fitted a set perhaps I can comment without guessing
Fronts
Remove old set up
Remove dust plate
New set up is direct bolt on including fluid lines
Depending on your wheels, yo may need spacers on the front to clear the calipers
Rear
Remove old set up
You will either need to bend the crap out of the backing plate or do as I do and neatly cut the lip off
You will need 3.7mm spacers for the non AWD models, (ie ralliart etc), these go inbetween the hub and rotor so be warned, your wheels will sit further out in the guard
Rear lines will need modification as well, the Magna and Evo have different style fluid connection where the line meets the vehicle body. They look similar but are not. Get ABS to make a set for you as they have ADR approval to do this
Aside from that the rotors and calipers are direct bolt on

^^ as Mal says, fronts bolt straight on, rears are a little more work. if you want spacers, Hoppers Stoppers in VIC have previously made up some that work well. ask for Peter Koning.
just FYI, those calipers don't look like they've seen track work. that's just old clear coat coming off, probably for brake fluid being spilled on them.
tracked Brembos look purple to black, depending on how much heat they've seen.
cheers,
