Does anyone know if there is a difference in the VRX/GT
suspension to the other models?
On looks alone the VRX/GT look slightly lower and to my mind are quite firmer than the other models.

Yep the VRX/GT/SX have a firmer sports suspension.

Do all models have the rear swaybar??? I'll have one for sale if they don't.

I know this has been done to death but I just want to lower mine a tad to lose the 4WD look but dont want it any firmer.
The Gawler roads are like WW1 on a good day and I suffer with back probs'.
I have read some adverse comments on Kings being harsh and cant risk it.

Mine is quite firm on Kings but also have 35 series tyres running 40PSI which doesn't help.

Chris,

I have Kings super lows on the front and lows on the rear, with 40 series tyres, and I wouldn't call the ride harsh at all.

Firm yes, but not harsh.

Tyre pressure also makes a difference.

I was running 38 psi all round but I dropped to 34 psi a couple of weeks ago, and the ride improved noticeably with no detectable loss of grip or handling.

So I reckon you would be happy with Kings lows even on crappy Gawler roads.

And as others have said before, you really need super lows on the front to get a balanced look.

KJ.

You might want to look at getting your springs compressed, keeping the spring rates as per factory.
And all 380's have a rear bar Fooz. Not sure if they differ though.

For record, i noticed how much firmer the sports stuff is as soon as I sat in it, after upgrading.

Thanks mate, looks like it will be scrap metal then!

Can't wait to get my bar in with the blower, it will be an awesome package I think. It's one solid looking bar.

It'll go, handle, just won't stop lol ..... hmm brakes next ..... or Quaife if we manage to work that one out :ninja:
