the problem with my temp guage is that it sits way way below Cold lol
ive had a look pulled the cluster out a few times
now when i screw it back in and the cluster is hanging out slightly, 1 or 2 mm's
the guage works, then i put a screw in, and it goes back below Cold
so for a while i was pushing on the cluster in and out and watching the temp go up and down really fast lol
does anyone know whats wrong with it, my mate said the contacts might need to be cleaned, but i wanna know a few other things before i pull it out, and put it back in a million more times

Sounds like somnething on the back of the cluster is making a bad connection. Have you checked to see if any wires are broken or look damaged on the plug/harness.?

yeh i have a had a look, but its when the cluster is sitting out slightly that the temp works, and when i screw it in it doesnt work
