Have been looking at getting a leather shifter knob for my TH 4sp normal Auto.
Can only seem to find ones for the triptronic autos. Does anyone know if a triptronic shifter can be used on a normal 4sp auto?

Does your current shifter knob have a screw at the back, near the bottom?

If your shifter has a screw at the back of it, exposed to the outside, then you would need to replace the chome stick as well as the mouting for the shifter is different.
There are pics is this thread.
