Anyway, I've just put my lowered springs in, 60 mm at front and 40 mm at back, lovells they are with stock shocks, 98 TF by the way. (Love the new sleek look) Driving around now and when I accelrate medium to hard I get this shudder as accelerating. Some times its worse then other times. It goes away when I get up some speed. Its fairly noticeable as it shakes the entire car a bit.

My car had the same kind of shudder when I first got it, but for some reason it just went away after a while, feels like the exact same shudder. I've read on here some where before that it is caused by the stock bush's as they have some play in them, and when the force from acceleration is applied it causes them to jolt back and forth a bit in turn causing the very anoying shudder.

Any ideas any one??? I really want to get this fixed cause I don't think its gonna fix itself like last time, if only  .

My mate found that happen after he lowerd his car too. Only shutters in 1st or 2nd while accelerating moderate/hard right?
He is not sure what it is but we suspect the drive shafts. The CV's are sitting at a different angles now being lower and they have not worked into a groove.

Oh, you will also need a wheel alignment after lowing it. Especially to change the camber.
My mate had to buy adjustable camber/castor tops to change his camber from positive back to negitive again.

Is it possible I just need a wheel alignment after changing the springs? I've been told this might be all that needs to be done, it would be nice if its true, not too pricey.

How much did the camber/caster tops cost him???
