Gday guys need some advice here.

Ever since ive bought the car (TH sports) the left hand side skirts (talon skirt) been coming off and last night well, a speed bump kinda helped it ahha. So this morning ive removed it the 2 screws at the front and rear and two along the skirt.
Now ive fouind that one of the screws holes in the middle is ripped apart and all the black glue that they put along to help has all gone shitty. How should i re-attach it? Can you just use any glue or does it need to be something special?

EDIT: Also dad's suggested liquid nails, will this work?

Liquid nails will do the job, sikaflex 255 extra will do it better.

i went and bought some black sikaflex, wish i didnt turning out to be a pain 2 fix hahah

Okay, what are you doing?

First, sand the area around it with some rough grit sandpaper to give the sikaflex something to adhere to
next, lay some masking tape underneath so when the sika dry's its on a flat surface (even sandwhich the sika between two layers of masking tape)

give it 24 hrs to dry, will do the job temporarily, if not take it a panel shop that specializes in bumper bar repair and they will make it like new again

it came off last night so im just replacing the glue along the edge because thats whats broken so i bought some sikaflex and im just about to glue it back on
so sand it and then glue then just press on, dont get the tape bit :S
