It depends on what kind of noise it is... such as, constant static, increases in frequency with engine revs, constant buzzing, constant high pitch noise etc.

it seems like engine noise most common

chances are its from the RCA's being to close to the power cable, or the earth is not good (on paint/plastic slightly or something)... but thats just 2 things to check...

most common that i have seen is the wirs been ran together (rca's and power) and as owen said earths not contacting metal completly. also check speaker wireing from deck. and hope its one of them cheap options

thanks a lot guys the problem i m having is increases in frequency with engine revs, constant buzzing, constant high pitch noise and i check all wiring and is fine
Make sure your earth is solidly connecting to bare metal, make sure your RCA's are well away from the power cables, preferably they should be run on opposite sides of the car.
Is this buzzing coming from all speakers or just certain ones? ie. Just front, rear, back left only etc.

Also, I found noise entering the system after re-doing mine.... 2 earths on head unit. 1 from loom into back, one entering through chassis of head unit. Removed one, noise gone.

just comming from the back speakers
just comming from the back speakers
It's an RCA issue then, try moving the rca's, if that fails (or if they're not near any powered cable), replace the rear rca's.
