Hi all,
I've got one of those centre console bits from a Verada. I like the coin box and lidded cup holders but I really don't like the plastic "wood grain".
My question is, is it possible to respray over the wood grain with the graphite colour that is used on other TJ interior trim bits? ie; to make it look like it came from the factory in that colour.
Also what is the code or whatever for that graphite colour?

OK thanks.
I did get this much from a previous post:
These are the interior trim codes for 3rd Gens but might not necessarily answer the OP's question:
A2 DK. GREY / LT. GREY
A6 BLACK / GREY
L2 BROWN / BIEGE
But which one is the graphite colour A2 or A6?
My apologies for asking a question which has already been asked, I just need clarification.

I had to spray my interior bits to match my console that I butchered to make a gauge holder... so I just used a can of Powerplus Matte Black spray paint from Supercheap/Autobarn.
Colour is very similar.

Yes that is a funny gif but you're a god damn smartass mate. I can't recall any popular threads that cover getting the exact paint colour for the interior trim. Post something constructive or :gtfo:

Me either.
To the OP, why not just paint the lot piano black? Window switches & all. You'll be surprised how good it'll look. Others have done it before.
Slightly OT, does anyone know the paint code for the cente console pieces in the KW AWD GTVi? Or where to find them?
Thanks.

Thanks for your help mates.
Does anyone have a colour code for that graphite colour?

I'm thinking that those codes are for the vinyl trim on the doors/ dash etc. not the actual console pieces.

go to repco and ask for iron grey metallic on the duplicolour stand. done my center console and blends in well with the dash and existing interier!!! DSF43 springs to mind?
verry similar to graphite grey!

Cool thanks.
If its not too much trouble, can I see some pics of the painted section to see how well it blends?
