i take it that its an auto is it sort of like a flat spot at certain revs cause if its that a mechanic told me that the fuel injectors probably need cleaning you could try wynns spitfire injector cleaner i hear thats the best out there and its only 7 buks so it cant halm you if you give it a try also put an occasional tank of premium unleaded petrol bp is the best from what i hear they have the highest octane rating give that ago when the fuel prices drop down again if that ever happens thats what i think

As far as cleaning your injectors goes, the only real way of doing it properly is getting a full carbon clean, costs about $150-$200. Don't be fooled by injector cleaning agents you add to your cars fuel tank.
For example, back when I had my old TP, I tried out wynns spitfire not once but twice to try give my injectors a good clean. A few weeks later I took my car to a trusted mechanic for a tune who let me know my fuel system was quite dirty and needed a carbon clean, including injectors. I asked about the wynns spitfire and he said its more like a preventative thing, it won't really clean anything, not thoroughly, but it will prevent further biuld up. So anyway, I reckon, the most thorough way, and also the only way to be sure, is to get a full carbon clean, and then see how your car runs. When was the last time you had your car carbon cleaned Tribal?

You can't beat a physical clean of injectors. Additives to fuel aren't ideal. If anything, try a tank or two of Optimax. No idea if it really helps though. I think when they clean injectors, they do it ultrasonically in a bath.
