After filling up with some bad fuel in the middle of nowhere, my magna TS v6 3.0ltr auto is running rough

runs smooth on light acceleration, but runs rough when accelerating uphill

could it be the fuel filter / fuel pump / needs the tank flushed out ?

anyone got any idea what is wrong ?
