pretty sure there called sail pods or tweeter pods. if you look in the parts list i think i saw the part number for them

Tweeter pods, they came stock on veradas I believe. Mits spare parts or wreckers?

Verada tweeter pods im pretty sure, my TJ VRX came out with them as well though, so not 100% sure

Those prices are just for the plastic cover/housing.

The genuine Verada tweeters come with a small metal bracket which screws on by 2 screws, then the cover clips over the tweeter. The plain flat panel at front corner of front doors clips in exactly the same way - lever gently with a small screwdriver - try to lever the cover from near the top, and directly "back" off the door, not at an angle.

The OEM tweeters are nothing special, but do have capacitors-as-filters mounted on the tweeter (hence no need for outboard cross-overs). Plenty of members have easily modded after-market tweets into the sail/delta covers. They look pretty inconspicuous and make a good "stealth" install.

My KJ has these, and so does my TJ (II) Sports. Maybe the series II Sports scored 6-spkr audio (Verada also has the dash pods, making 8 spkr - Sports didn't get the mid-range dash pod spkrs).
