- Clock Spring
>? WTF is that?
The Clock spring is the spinning disc behind the steering wheel that the airbag and cruise control plugs in to. It should be outlined in the service manual :) Looks something like this:

Any extra parts for a manual car?
I'd think there'd be an extra micro switch on the clutch pedal. Don't know what else.
According to the manual, there is a clutch pedal switch mentioned (along with inhibitor switch) however it does not appear in the parts diagram outlined:

Heres the mention of the clutch switch

Thanks Dean :)
Looks like I'm buying this from Woody so I'll ask him to include the clutch pedal switch and associated loom.
Also need that vehicle speed sensor.
Cheers.
Mitch.
Mitch, the speed sensor is attached to the gearbox and used for speedo output. If you don't have one already you're in trouble :)

Lol, ok thanks. Umm, yeh, speedo's working fine. Guess I don't need that speed sensor then. :shifty:

Brake Pedal Switch
Clutch Pedal Switch (if manual)
Main Harness
Dash Harness
Engine Harness
Vac Pump
Throttle Body
Vac pump Line
Steerinbg wheel backing
Crusie Switch
If TF or earlier, the switch behind the dash facia and the dash facia it self
Mal, when you say steering wheel backing - Are you speaking of the plastic surround, or the clock spring? Also in my TH exec, the engine harness already had the plugs for cruise control. I plugged the vac pump straight in, and lastly - What is the main harness? The cruise ECU I have plugs in to the dash harness.
Thanks.

Hahaha. I asked Mal the exact same questions in a PM I sent him this morning.
I'll let you know when I get a reply.
