an ford people out there that can help would be appreciated

i have a XG falcon ute that wont start!!! POS
turn to accessarys pump would prime then start, would idel fine till you try to rev it then it would make a click noise and shut off!!!

done this a few times then all of a sudden there was no fuel pump noise and car wont fire at all.
first thought was fuel filter then the pump wont prime. now im thinking the fuel pump relay has shat itself.
any thought? and witch relay is it in the engine bay?

any help is muchly appreciated as im supposed to take the ute to work tomorrow to trade in on 2 gen magna!!!

Get your ignition module checked, is a very common issue on these cars,

XG, runs the EA/B engine yes?

nah its 4.0L out of the EF-EL hoping its just a relay or something

dont want to spend money lol

Pretty much the same thing, have the same module

Our old EB had the same issue, would idle but then die when you reved it. When cold it was ok at first then died all together
