That page is ok...

It says numerical prefix "12" = 2.0L which isn't true tho. Evo 10 has a 4B11 and it's a 2L.

Take note of when the page was done up as I'm also aware most info about evo x is wrong

True, but 95% of the info is spot on by the looks of it.

see how it says the Japanese diamante with the 3.0 produces 179kw and the aussie spec is 129kw?
does tht mean if i can source a diamante ecu from japan and put it on my one it would change its tune?

lol, no.
There would be way more too it then just dumping in some fuel.
Doesnt sound right though...as the MIVEC 3L makes 199kw...
