You'll only get superlows all round in Lovells which are alot harder to come by these days, King make a superlow front and a low rear, but the best option is to just go with some Kmac Customs.

yea u can keep the standard shocks on if theyre in good condition, however chances are they're wear out pretty quickly with the new springs
best to do shocks at the same time to save on labour

Yeah i just fitted Lovell Superlows at the front and King Lows at the back, using standard shocks, my TF has nearly done 200,000km and once i took the strut apart all the bumpstops where shagged so i replaced them and then put the whole setup back in. The front shocks were bottoming out over every little bump so i went with some shorter Monroe GT gas shocks. Everythings sweet now and yeah superlows is what you want man.

can i keep the stranded on ???
If they have done more than 60,000km they will be near the end of their life. 100,000 and they are dead.
Cheers,

That car's KM's do not really matter you should be checking when your shocks were last done.
I had my springs done at 230,000 (shocks were 30,000km old) - Car is now at 285,000 and the shocks are DEAD! Lucky I have another set laying round, just need to install them :)
