hey guys
i m comming up question again i have seen the guages around shops and i would like to put them into my TE. i m thinking to take the voltage, water temp and oil pressure and i don t' know how to out them on. where do i connect the wire to ??? thanks for the hlep...

Can't help u with the wiring but instead of oil pressure I'd go for oil temp. Its always better to wait for your oil to be warm before giving it a bit more and the temp gauge on the dash only accounts for coolant temp.

shouldnt you already have a water temp...?
PS my corolla had all three of these gauges from factory =D win!

The oil pressure one is better. Gives you an accurate indication of whats happening inside. also from what I can tell pressure will be up when its cold, when it gets to operating temp it'll drop down a bit
iveunyoueng or whatever your name is......you'll need 12v supply, an earth, and the dash lights dimmer wire, the other wire will be for your sensor.
Ive found the aftermarket water temp gauge VERY useful. On the dyno when temp starts to climb the gauge will tell you, the standard one just stayed at dead halfway.
According to the laptop we went from 80c to about 89c and the water gauge read it back perfectly, so its great to show small fluctuations in temp, even as much as 1c moves the needle.
