ok well i upgraded my rotors too slotted and they munched up my stock pads so i went out to supercheap and got fronts (calibra brand) and iv been driving with them on my 20's and they have been squeaking (like the noise to say their low, but their not) and today i had to take the fronts off and i put the stocks on and there was a faint squeak ???

any clues or ideas wats the go?

Did you buy metal pads? If so, they squeak when cold but if they have too much metal, they can chew up your discs.

When I first drive my car when it's cold, any light touch to the break pedal causes a squeal, but after it's all warmed up it's fine, so I'm assuming they are a slightly harder/metal pad than standard.

But if they aren't metal pads, I'd agree with Munky.

Yeah get rid of those pads and grab a set of Bendix Ultimate pads mate, then you should be set.

Even a set of Bendix General CT's will be fine, it's not like you're doing track work, Ultimates are too dusty to be practical, especially with hard to clean rims.
