I'd get a pro to do it. Most tyre shops should be able to. I got mine done at a JAX, but it was a pretty rough job (although I'll put it down to this particular store). Or you could try a panel beater. My dad just got the guards rolled on his Commodore for $100 from a panel beaters and it turned out very schmick.

most panel beaters can also do it
we charge 150 for a pair of guards - 300 for all 4.
its on the more expensive side of the norm (~50 ea guard) but we do them
we get a lot of people phoning asking if we do guard rolling coz they cant find anyone else in Mackay to do it for them!

You will only need to roll the rears tho
Looking at about 100 to 150 for the pair

There's nothing at the front to roll though. Look under the front and rear guards. On the back, you'll see a lip at the top of the guard that sits horizontal about 2cm in. Rolling the guard means rolling that lip flat against the wheel arch. There's simply nothing at the front.
If you're rolling the guards in preparation to lower your car, you should be OK on the front depending how stiff/low you go. I have King Lows and my tyre poke out the guards a little but they've never touched.
If you want the guard to stick out more, it's called flaring, and it's not an easy task.
yes magna front guards are rolled stock. Fronts require flaring. Ego has had it done he may be able to give you an idea on costs. Red - there is a lip on the front guards but it was rolled in the factory. Not sure why they did the front but not rear
