I've got the FSE adjustable one with a dial from RPW. Yes, you can adjust to give more power/
faster response or more fuel economy.

be very careful because if you run lean you can melt pistons etc

If you have no mods or only minor ie exhaust etc, keep the original as it is perfectly good.

I have replaced a couple motors given to me that have suffered from lean out's
