Only ones that are different are the rears of the wagons due to a different suspension setup

Need to remember that more front weight in later models increases how much the front drops, and the tendency to hit the bump stops. Particularly with TL/TW autos and AWD.
Cheers,

Just curious, i can understand the awd maybe heavier at the engine being awd and more components..but why the tl/tw's? they just heavier engines overall?

the TL and TW had extra body strengthening over the TJ
so even base model vs base model, there was a slight weight increase for the TL.
The AWD, also has a reasonable bit of extra weight at the back, for the rear diff and drive shafts, as these items are most definately not there in the FWD versions...

That's good news because I couldn't find springs for an 02 to save my life but I found a million 97-01 springs. Thank you

Hate to bump up an old thread but I been hearing mixed answers about this. I ONLY find 2nd gen springs (97-01) I found one site that had 02 I ordered them and they refunded my money because they are out of stock until the next coupe months. So I've had a few people telling me that they will fit and others saying they are not sure. I just don't want to wait for springs and then they don't fit. I looked at specs and changes from 2nd gen to 3rd gen and I don't find any changes in the suspension. Anything you guys know about? Thanks
