hey guy just a quick question i pulled out the shock absorbers of my wreck today and i notice while i was taking the coil of the back shock absorber that after i took the coil off i could completely push the the shock in does this mean its stuffed or not? if it helps these are monroe gas shocks

nah, you should be able to push it in, it will decompress by itself.

You should be able to compress a monroe gas shock. If in good condition it will require some reasonable force to do this.Once compressed as cuppas said the shock should decompress reasonably quickly. if it stays compressed its stuffed
