ok guys i have a jensen mp6512i headunit, i will soon be installing my sub, so i had a look if my headunit had enough rca outputs to connect two amps... (i currently have an amp powering my speakers) and now i will have to connect another amp to power my sub....on inspection of my headunit i have a rear rca output , front rca output, and a output for the sub although it is only a single rca unlike the front and rear which has two outputs each..lol i dont know if that makes sense.... well what i want to know is shoud i use a y splitter to connect my rca to the single sub output?????any opinions would be helpfull... im guessing ill get some control from the headunit for the sub using the single sub output....help please. what would be the best option???????
